HOW TO GET VACCINATED
All New Yorkers age 5 and up can use the COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine Finder (OPEN EXTERNAL LINK) to schedule free vaccinations.

HEALTH SCREENING
All staff and students entering the building must complete the DOE Health Screening (OPEN EXTERNAL LINK) and show it upon entry.
Parents must make an appointment and be pared to show proof of vaccination to enter the building, except in an emergency.
